3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Important: Unauthorized access to computer systems, networks, or data is illegal and subject to criminal prosecution. AlphaSploit is not responsible for any misuse of the training provided.

5. Payment and Refunds

5.1 Payment Terms

Payment for services must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

5.2 Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• Requests made within 7 days of purchase for online courses (if less than 20% completed)
• Workshop cancellations by AlphaSploit (full refund provided)
• Workshop cancellations by students at least 14 days before the start date (80% refund)
• No refunds for cancellations made less than 7 days before a workshop

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Our Content

All content on our website and in our courses, including text, graphics, logos, videos, and software, is the property of AlphaSploit or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

6.2 License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our training materials for personal educational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

6.3 User Content

By submitting content to our platform (questions, comments, feedback), you grant AlphaSploit a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content for the purpose of operating and improving our services.

Certificates issued by AlphaSploit confirm completion of our training programs. While our training is comprehensive and industry-relevant, we do not guarantee employment or specific career outcomes. Certificates are non-transferable and remain the property of AlphaSploit.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent, illegal, or unethical behavior
• Non-payment of fees
• Any conduct that harms or could harm AlphaSploit or other users

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Indemnification

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes may be submitted to arbitration or the courts of Mogadishu, Somalia.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
